Wrap-up

This stage is the longest and the least glamorous. No one demos an ontology.

It produces a set of files that serves both the agent and the new human employee. The ontology, structured policies, and executable SOPs shorten onboarding for people to the same extent that they enable the agent. That is why this is the only stage of the training that pays for itself even if the AI project is canceled.
