Many people start a project by asking, "where can I use AI?" A Cognitive Enterprise project starts with a different question: "what does the company want to happen, and how much does it cost today to coordinate the people needed to make it happen?"

Anyone who starts there will get to agents anyway, but they will get there knowing why.
